Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by Web Guy Enterprises, LLC ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

Web Guy Enterprises, LLC provides a range of web services, including website design, development, maintenance, and related support. The specific scope of services, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or client agreement.

2. Payment Terms

Fees for our services will be detailed in the client agreement. Payments are typically due in advance of the service period (e.g., monthly retainers). Invoices are payable upon receipt. Failure to make timely payments may result in a suspension or termination of services.

3. Client Obligations

The client agrees to provide Web Guy Enterprises, LLC with timely access to necessary resources, including website credentials, hosting details, and other information required to perform the services. Delays in providing these resources may impact project timelines and results.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the term of the agreement. This includes business strategies, client data, and campaign performance metrics.

5. Limitation of Liability

While Web Guy Enterprises, LLC strives to provide the highest quality services, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Website performance can be affected by factors outside our control. In no event shall Web Guy Enterprises, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.

6. Term and Termination

The term of the agreement will be specified in the SOW. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as outlined in the client agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for all fees incurred up to the date of termination.

7. Intellectual Property

The client retains ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property. Any creative assets, content, or materials developed by Web Guy Enterprises, LLC specifically for the client during the engagement will become the property of the client upon full payment for the services rendered.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
